My Lucky number is three

May the 3rd and week two and I'm at Burford Primary School to give the children their Birch trees. Thanks firstly to Jane F-M or organising everything and bumping into the parents as they arrived lots had forgotten their pots. We had spares and fortunately lots of spare trees as 80 needed turned into nearly 150 potted as the enthusiasm spread across the school. That did mean three trips to collect more compost and nearly a full day but fabulous fun getting our hands muddy, I even had a little time to feed the three Burford Birch that we planted last Autumn and Jane.....don't forget to water your trees and of course there were 3!
